Alpha Omega is thrilled to announce that William (“Bill”) M. Noftsinger, Jr. has joined our team as Senior Investment Manager in our Richmond office. We feel incredibly fortunate to have Bill on board and believe that his experience, character, and commitment to service will greatly strengthen our firm and our ability to serve you.
Bill brings more than 38 years of investment expertise to Alpha Omega. Over the course of his long career, Bill has focused on understanding the needs of his clients and structuring strategies to meet those needs. He was most recently a Managing Director at Davenport & Company, where in addition to serving his clients, Bill was a member of Davenport’s Investment Policy Committee, which manages nearly $7 billion in assets for the firm’s professional money management group.
As a part of the Investment Policy Committee, in 2012, Bill was recognized as one of Kiplinger’s real Wizards of Wall Street.
In addition to his investment management expertise, Bill is experienced in trust administration and managing both financial and real estate assets.
Bill is a graduate of Campbell University and earned his Masters of Business Administration from the University of Richmond’s Robins School of Management. More recently, he received his Certificate of Trust from the Southeastern Trust School.
He is a past Scoutmaster of Troop 702, an avid golfer, and enjoys spending a little downtime on his boat with his wife Rosemary and their dog Moose. Bill and Rosemary have three adult children, of whom they are quite proud, and two grandchildren whom they spoil endlessly.
We are grateful that Bill has joined our team. As you know, we are continually seeking ways to improve the resources and services we provide to you. We are confident that Bill’s hire advances this cause while strengthening our culture of responsible stewardship. We know you will enjoy meeting him. As always, you can find more information about our entire team under the About Us tab.
Please feel free to extend a warm welcome to Bill. You can reach him by phone at 804-955-1607 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
